Eneloop Re-Chargeable Batteries by Sanyo

Point “n” Shoot camera’s batteries always showing “Low Battery” when needed? Got the Answer: Eneloop Re-Chargeable Batteries by Sanyo

There is a new Re-chargeable battery out called “Eneloop” by Sanyo and it is ready to use off the store shelf and seems to maintain its charge. I was tired of my Point “n” Shoot camera always reading “Low Batteries” when I wished to take a photo. With the Eneloops the problem does not happen anymore. (Full story)

Lassen Park open
2008-06-05

DUANE'S PHOTO TIPS
PHOTO OP: Lassen Park open

Lassen Park's road is now open all the way through from Manzanita Lake to the South Entrance. I took the drive on June 1st and there is still some snow at the higher elevations (especially at the Summit and Lake Helen). Depending on the weather which has been hot and cold the snow might not be around too long, so grab your photo gear and head up to Lassen Park. There is still a little snow on the Manzanita Lake side of Lassen, but it is not going to last.
